Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination with different trades of contractor and supplier;
• Back up for budget control and project tendering;
• Negotiating with client for variation order and relevant administration;
• Self-motivated, good communication and presentation skills;

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management or Architectural related subjects;
• At least 5-year experience in construction, decoration or fitting-out projects, of which at least 2-year in managerial level;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
