• Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Studies / Building Surveying;
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in property maintenance or related field;
• Experiences in electrical and MVAC maintenance are preferable;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation, etc.;
• Immediate available is preferable.
