AREA-17 is an Architecture & Interior Design firm. We specialize in retail brands, commercial, residential and hospitality projects. We are now seeking high caliber candidates for our Hong Kong studio:

Job Duties:

• Support Italian Design directors on various interior commercial and residential  projects  

• Capable of handling 3D renderings and full set of technical drawings independently

• Liaise with contractors, supervising installation, etc.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years in interior design and fitting-out industry 

• Competency in 3Dmax is necessary, also VRay, AutoCAD, and Photoshop, etc.

• Skillful in producing high quality rendering and full set of technical drawing

• Self-motivated, patient and detail-minded 

• Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure

• Strong sense of responsibility and independent  

• Able to communicate in English & Cantonese is necessary 

• Immediate available or short notice is preferred.
