Key responsibilities:

• Assist Creative Director
• Passion for creative ideas and optimistic thinking
• Ensure delivery of high quality TVC and BTL work.
• Execute creative concepts that are on strategy across all direct response media (video, digital, online, print, and broadcast) with minimal supervision.
• Ability to think strategically
• Manage workflow efficiently and take responsibility for timing and delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Develop great work within guidelines and budget of the assignment.
• Participate in photo shoots and press runs
• Review color separations, provide input to Production and clearly mark up photography for retouching with little supervision from senior department members
• Brief and supervise all kinds of supplier (color sep, printers, visualizers, digital programers, photographers, post-production operators etc.)
• Work with the studio partner and production to implement clear time paths and processes
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in related field
• Professional qualification in design field
• Must have a strong portfolio primarily of produced work.
• Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, inDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash etc.
• Possess the knowledge of a variety of Macintosh related programs
• Experience in Print Ad, BTL, Design, TVC or Online design is an added advantage
• With good output, artwork & printing knowledge
• Highly motivated, Responsible and Good team player
• Short availability is preferred
