Designer

Responsibilities

• To prepare design proposals
• Familiar with detailed design and to handle full set of working drawings
• To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and other third parties
• Generate and execute solutions to any ad-hoc design & project problems

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Holder of Interior Design, Architectural or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience in hospitality projects is preferable
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Photoshop/working drawings
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and productive
