POSITION SUMMARY: 

To implement in store presentation concepts to support our retail & licensing business objectives (Image and Sales) according to brand and aesthetic standard and in line with Company strategic goals and commercial objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Direct visual merchandising strategy locally and lead the Visual Merchandising Teams for the Asia Pacific market, regularly travelling to ensure brand representation is properly adhered to.
• ŸImplement seasonal merchandising guidelines including window, in-store floor-set and all necessary marketing materials according to regional Go to Market calendar, as well as specific countries business needs.
• ŸWork closely with internal departments on market week preparation, including showroom set up, merchandising in mock up stores & outfit co-ordination.
• ŸPartner with the Project team during new store opening including store layout, store fixtures, space planning, as well as seasonal launches in the retail stores and designated franchisees.
• ŸCoach, train and develop all the Regional and Local Visual Merchandisers to ensure they are self-sufficient and maximizing the sales returns within the region.
• ŸPresent all new concepts, seasonal presentation during local training.
• ŸPlan in-store and window schemes working with Local teams and implanting all visual merchandising seasonal roll outs across the region.
• ŸAssist in ad hoc visual project / marketing events.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

•          Experience & Education:   University graduate or equivalent in Visual Merchandising Design / Design / Fashion Retail, or at least 8 years of VM experiences as equivalent

Skills:

•          Strong sense in styling & colors, outfit co-ordination, floor merchandising, fashion & trends
•          Detailed- minded, independent & presentable; able to prioritize job tasks in tight timeline & organized manner
•          Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
•          Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
•          Basic knowledge of Macintosh (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design software but not required
•          Good communications and interpersonal skills
