Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and build the new network and relationship with the potential franchise and distributor
• Assist to plan and promote the brand and gain the business opportunity to drive the business growth in Asia Market.
• Liaise with various operation / business units to coordinate & implement different business activities with internal and external parties.
• Regular conduct market research and analysis to provide market information and make recommendations for business development of the brand
• Assist to conduct the new product presentation and trade show to the potential franchisee / distributor of China Market .
• Handle ad-hoc issues and carry out special work projects related to the company operations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Fashion Clothing or related discipline
• Min 3-4 years relevant experience in business development and / or sales and marketing exposure in a similar role in high fashion / sporty / lifestyle retailing.
• Solid experience in pioneering launches of new business and/or products is preferable
• Good fashion sense and well understanding the fashion market of HK & PRC
• A seasoned retail professional with good business acumen
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, well-organized and initiative
• Good command of both English & Chinese, including Mandarin
• Overseas travel is required
