Responsibilities

ï Conducting research on user needs and behaviours, business competitors, existing and past Web initiatives

• Synthesize research findings to aid the project team developing the

information architecture and interaction models

• Translating insights into informed creative ideas that drive compelling user

experiences

• Develop new and enhance existing user journeys across global digital platforms

• Collaborating with project team members and clients to develop organizational/structural concepts for projects

• Preparing and delivering UX documentations (site architectures, wire frames, personas and user journeys, etc.)

• Work collaboratively with the internal teams and clients to deliver digital systems and process changes

• Effectively engage and manage relationships with customers throughout the project

• Promote best practices and design/re-engineer world class business process

and systems for the end users

• Provide guidance and formulate requests from the business by understanding

their objectives, opportunities and problems

• Develop digital strategy and roadmap for large scale enterprise in the Agile/SCRUM schedule

• Mentor and train junior UXers to advance their skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with multidisciplinary backgrounds such as

psychology, computer science, information sciences, human computer

interaction with relevant qualifications in User Experience Design

• Minimum 5 years of related experience on UX / interaction design on web and

mobile / tablet apps, in the role of experience architect, user experience

designer, information architect or interaction design

• Proven experience as an outstanding UX Designer, UI Designer and/or

consultant around Digital Channels (with the ability to interact and consult

with business stakeholders)

• Strong experience of developing personas and user journeys

• Comfortable with working in a team with fellow UXers, business analysts,

business stakeholders and engineering teams

• Previous consulting experience is preferred

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin speakers a big plus
