Responsibilities:                                

Instructed by senior engineer or engineer to deliver the technical tasks below:

• Install, configure and support:

           - PC system and OS

           - Networking devices and their connectivity

           - Other IT equipment (e.g. projector, smartboard, etc)

• Setting up the system (e.g. for presentation, education, etc) based on end user’s request
• Arrange and work with other vendor to install and configure their hardware or software
• Arrange and work with other vendor to fix the reported problems
• Assisting to keep the stock tidy
• Participate the project implementation and roll out
• Update the reported problem and request status in the ticket logging system

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• 1-2 years practical experience in hardware, networking, OS and application installation, configuration and troubleshoot
• Good communication and customer handling skill
• Able to speak and write English
• Work location: Kowloon Tong
