Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Production, Packaging and Purchasing Department to ensure customers’ orders are timely produced
• Assist in whole packaging progress and follow up artwork details
• Monitor shipment schedule and logistics arrangement
• Handle projects administrative works, e.g. payment, order status update
• Assist in preparing various sales administration reports

Requirements:

• Form 7 or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience preferably in electronic manufacturing industry
• Proficient in MS office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Well organized, independent, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Coordinator
