RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct product and technical training courses, mainly focus on commercial vehicles, for both internal and external parties
• Implement training strategy that is aligned with technological and business development needs
• Monitor, motivate and supervise all participants on the learning process during training
• Monitor training attendance and analyze training results
• Prepare training materials and all related equipment
• Provide recommendation to develop teaching methodology and aid if necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in automotive engineering, higher certificate in motor vehicle engineering or related engineering discipline
• Completion of HKSAR Government recognized technician apprenticeship in automotive industry
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in automotive industrial after completion of technician apprenticeship
• Teaching experience in automotive industry, training school or college would be an advantage
• Overseas travel is required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, ability to adopt new ideas and work with team
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
