The Job: 

• Work closely with principal to ensure brand image, policies, goals objectives, procedures are well executed and meet the needs of brands
• Develop, implement and monitor marketing and VM plans and programs to anchor Company’s brands position within customer segments and meet sales target
• Develop brand identity manual and advertising plan for thematic and tactical campaigns
• Monitor and ensure countries marketing program are aligned to Principal needs
• Copy-write, edit and proof read all the collateral copies and press releases in Chinese and English
• Enhance and maintain fruitful relationship with local news, feature, business, property, entertainment, media and international press
• Monitor program performance, establish means to track effectiveness of the program and recommend refinements for continuous improvement
• Develop strategies and implementation plans for enhancing the existing loyalty program in offering top-notched and personalized services to VIP for achieving a growth of business results
• Work closely with retail operation and brand teams to achieve sales performance and to plan the commercialize operation for new products
• Organize and execute promotion events and PR management
• Prepare regular marketing plan and reports for management review

The Person: 

• Degree in Marketing/ Communications/Language studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years managerial experience in dealing with advertising agencies, PR companies, design houses in HK and PRC
• Capable of articulating ideas to develop and execute into visual and design implementation
• Strong project management to handle multiple projects within a tight time frame along with a good sense of resources allocation
• Solid experience in formulating and implementing marketing program and brand launches
• Good understanding of marketing mix, customer segmentation and business requirement
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Immediate available is preferable
