Responsibilities:

• Provide general helpdesk support to internal users
• Assist in system support on video-on-demand system
• Assist in project management including system analysis, design, user-acceptance test, and documentation
• Provide 7x24 support whenever required
• Coordinate with vendor to maintain and enhance and the user-experience of mobile application and the video-on-demand system 
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time with required quality standard
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years or above experience in system support or mobile system development
• Technical knowledge background on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or 2008, Linux, VMware ;
• Technical knowledge background on Database systems such as Oracle,  MySQL ; VB.NET, ASP.NET,PHP, Java , HTML
• Technical knowledge background on IOS & Android system
• Good communication & presentation skill , as well as detail-minded in problem solving
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, English and, as well as written English
• Experience in Mobile project development  is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
