Responsibilities:

• Handles and follow customer enquiries, orders and complaints on phone or through email
• Coordinates with frontline technician to ensure quality and timeliness of job completion
• Monitors work schedules and report progress to management and customers on a regular basis
• Coordinates with various departments for labour, parts and materials arrangement
• Quotation preparation and time and budget management
• Provides consultation and various documentation to related parties
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Working experiences in Customer service or Engineering will be an advantage
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized and able to work multi-tasking
• Able to work under pressure with tight working schedule
• Mature, patient, independent and hardworking
• Proficiency in MS Office skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
