Job Description:

Your role will be to join the product development team as a project manager. Our project managers, manage the development process of new items and are the key interface between the R&D team, the engineering department, and, the marketing/ client relationship management team.

You would be developing our own products which we release twice a year, and also bespoke exclusive products that our clients request we create. You will be based in our Hong Kong head office and will do day visits to our factory in Dongguan to work face to face with our engineers. Usually, this will be once or twice a week, but depends on the project requirement.

• Project Management Experience
• Engineering background (preferred)
• Speaks Cantonese (Essential), Mandarin (preferred), English (Standard communication ability is acceptable)
• Good organizational skills & Good time management skills
• Can deliver results under pressure
• Good sense of humor, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional approach to work
• A natural problem solver and solution finder
• Good multitasker and managing multiple projects at the same time
• Experience in LED lighting industry (preferred but not essential)
• A degree in product development, project management, or an engineering discipline is preferred
