Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal (both HK & UK teams) and external (suppliers) parties to identify and improve product quality based on market feedback
• Verify and validate the Corrective Action Plan (“CAP”), and ensure suppliers are capable to support the CAP
• Drive lesson learnt process with internal parties to further deploy validated actions across the product categories for closed loop quality monitoring
• Identify opportunities and initiate improvement projects in products and processes to eliminate poor quality and non-value added activities.
• Identify non-performing suppliers, work and drive them for continuous improvement to improve our customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quality or Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanic Engineering or equivalent discipline
  At least 3 years’ relevant experience in quality management on consumer electronic products, preferably in electrical/ electronic manufacturing industry
• Familiar with production engineering, plastic injection and materials, and mechanical design
• Familiar with European Legal & Performance Standards is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication skills with different level of parties
• Mature, analytical and good problem-solving skills with ability to think outside the box
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
• Travel is required
