JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create and manage tight production schedules; set and meet project development budgets
• Develop user flows, wireframes and scope out digital projects based on creative concepts
• Work closely with different project teams including account servicing, technical and creative to ensure all projects are scoped and delivered on time, and to budget
• Manage a team of designers, developers/external vendors through all stages of a project from concepting, prototyping, production, QA to deployment
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure their expectations of deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaison with client-side technical team and stakeholders to ensure all technical details are aligned so that the end product deliverable is of high quality and meets all compliances
• Check on technical feasibility – consult on the capabilities and limitations of various web, mobile and emerging technologies, best practice design principles and usability
• High standard of written and verbal communication (Chinese and English)
• Reports to Head of Production
  
  
  

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years relevant working experience  
• Highly organized and detail-minded
• Creative problem solver
• Passion in web and mobile technologies
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
• Proficiency in standard web production tools such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Flash, CMS tools.
• Experience in project management and wire framing tools
• Languages: Chinese and understanding of English.
