The Job: 

• Responsible for overseeing the overall operations and general management of a manufacturing plant in Shenzhen

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years' managerial experience in overall factory operations, preferably in tooling / precision parts industry
• Excellent knowledge in industrial automation, metal / plastic tooling, injection molding, logistics and modernized factory management skills & techniques etc.
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Strategic thinker & proven successful record in business management
• Will be stationed in Shenzhen
