Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a business development plan initiative including target account criteria as well as strategies and tactics to achieve growth objectives
• Responsible for sales and/or marketing of Lighting & Light Switch Panel products and solutions
• Promote light switch panel to architects, interior designers and property developers
• Establish and maintain sales network in the light switch industry
• Establish and nurture relationships with installation and service partners to provide a platform for providing full solution proposals and pricing to target accounts
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and aggressively manage all sales activities to achieve them

Requirements

• Form 5 or above; Good communication & presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• 1 year of solid sales experiences in fast pace business environment
• Experience in light switch panel, lighting industry or building material will be an asset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently, good team player, creative in solving customer problems
• Proficiency in written English & Chinese
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Energetic, outgoing and detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office (eg. Word, Excel)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Basic salary + Commission + Yearend bonus depend on performance
