Responsibilities:

• Promote quality improvement throughout the company.
• Review and maintain on-going improvement of supplier quality through regular meetings.
• Pre-production sample approval.
• Ensure all activities comply with our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
• Maintain Calibration records.
• Monitor and report Quality Statistics.
• Work with UK and HK design teams on product development.
• Production problem solving and 8D reporting.
• Provide quality support for both clients and suppliers.
• Analysis of customer returns.
• Analysis of failures.

Requirements:

• 5 Years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hold a Degree in an Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in plastic injection moulding is an advantage.
• Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical problem solver, detail-minded and able to work on own initiative.
• Reliable and responsible with a mature attitude to work and career.
• Excellent spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and IPC610 workmanship standards.
• Willing to visit suppliers.
