Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for carrying out techncial support work and daily operation tasks including support phone and email handling 
  • Providing effective, efficient and quality IT support services to clients
  • Team coordination between business/technical/internal/external parties
  • Assist in Confinguration and Diagnostic for clients

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 year working experience in the field of Engineering or Computing;
  • Knowledge in Endpoint Security Solutions and Computer Networking are preferred;
  • In-depth Knowledge in maintaining PC and Server, windows network is an advantage;
  • Good interpersonal skill, independent and self-motivated
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Able to handle Telephone call support
