RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and lead a team of Service Support Engineers and Supporting staffs for field operations, including equipment testing & commissioning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and upgrade/improvement works
• Plan and implement field activities, including production of service reports and incident reports for preventive maintenance and break-down
• Co-ordinate with customers for execution of field activities and submitting weekly/monthly report to the customers
• Analyze, monitor, review and meet the service KPIs (Key Performance Index)
• Drive and execute the improvement program set by the Company for raising customer satisfaction level
• Co-ordinate and communicate with the factory for technical and quality issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Holding of Cert of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above
• At least 10 years working experience in Engineering  Service Field, experience in service of critical facilities of the Data Centers is an advantage
• Strong analytical skill and sound technical knowledge of datacenter industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good customer oriented attitude and problem solving skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
