Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

• Assist to advise, design, and implement the firm's Unified Communications infrastructure in Asia Pacific region;
• Assist to manage UC systems including Instant Messaging, Unified Messaging, Email, VoIP, Web and Video Conferencing, Content sharing, Call Centres.
• Improve and enhance existing environment of UC infrastructure;
• Provide technical consultancy to internal departments;
• Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with the firm's standards and security requirements;
• Coordinate with various teams to deliver the projects on time with highest quality; and
• Evaluate and recommend IT technologies to meet the business growth.

Requirements:

• Recognized university degree;
• 1 year or above working experience in IT industry with sound knowledge in UC, fresh graduate will also be considered; More experience will be considered a senior post
• Knowledge in MSSQL, MySQL, .Net. With Mobile app on iOS and Android is an advantage;
• Knowledge in Avaya IPT system, Lotus Notes, WebEx, MCU, Window Server 2008, Window Server 2012 is a plus;
• Self-initiative, enthusiastic and disciplined professional who thrives on delivering high quality solutions;
• Good verbal / written and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage; and
• Able to work independently and under pressure
