Responsibilities:

• Handle quality issues of incoming materials, production and customer complaints and drive for improvement.
• Responsible for ISO9001/ISO14001/Customer audits and corrective actions closure.
• Lead and conduct quality investigation and root cause analysis with corrective and preventive action in 8D methodology.
• Establish QC inspection procedure and outgoing workmanship standard/ visual inspection criteria incorporate to customers’ requirements and actual process capabilities.
• Propose and lead improvement project on internal in process and resulting the improvement of KPIs.
• Handle customer’s questionnaires regarding the requirements of safety, health, and environment.
• Implement and maintain ISO quality and environmental management systems.
• Handle other ad hoc projects if required.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 5 year(s) working experience in EMS environment.
• BSc in Science or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001, internal quality audit, quality methodology and tools is preferable
• Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and teamwork skills, able to communicate at all level of an organization with excellent record keeping and report writing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn findings into solutions with attention to details.
• Able to work independently in a team environment
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
