The Job:

• To lead a team of Engineers to provide pre-sales support, project implementation and post-sales support on networking and security solution
• To provide technical consultancy services to customer
• To establish work procedures and best practice on installation and maintenance, perform regular review on the process for continuous improvement on the service quality
• To liaise with customers and vendors on technical issues, perform root cause analysis and devise improvement actions
• To develop team members on technical competency
• To prepare project documentation, test plan and conduct technical briefing & User Acceptance Test to customers
• To perform ad hoc or emergency call out service when required

The Person:

• Degree holder in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines with 7 years’ relevant experience
• Expert-level knowledge in Networking and Security solutions, some knowledge in system software e.g. Linux; VM, and programming is highly desirable
• Holder of vendor professional certifications such as CCIE is highly desirable
• Good track record as technical leader with 10+ engineers to implement and support large scale networking and security infrastructure projects for large enterprise
• Experience in service operation using ITIL framework
• Strong problem solving and analytical skill
• Good customer handling, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Creative, independent, self-motivated, can-do attitude under high pressure environment
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
