 Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/ Voice Communication/ I.T. or related discipline
• Min 2 years of experience in voice support/ operation role
• Experience in Voice PABX system and voice recorder product
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese 
• Flexible, focused and able to work under pressure
• Strong problem solving skills

Salary: 30K ~
