JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To lead QA Department to ensure products developed and manufactured are complied with customers’ requirements.To establish the QA System & Quality Target in the factory level and determine the required effective inspection procedures.
• To formulate and implement quality strategies and policies to support business strategic plans.
• To investigate production defects and perform product failure analysis with immediate corrective actions and provide advice and recommendations for continuous quality improvement.
• To deal with customers on quality standard related issues of garment products.
• To liaise with cross-functional teams to manage quality requirements and resolve issues to meet operational objectives.
• To lead Group QA Department and strengthen the competencies of factories’ QA team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree holder in Quality Management or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in apparel manufacturing field, of which minimum 5 years as QA Manager.
• Experience in Technical Services will be an advantage
• Knowledge in ISO/Quality statistics or standards commonly employed in the garment manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership, planning, strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills with proactive and result-oriented personality.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and customer relation management skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English is a must.
• Willing to Station in Guangdong Province, PRC
