DUTIES

• It is responsible in promoting the hotel in the digital space and drive business via the online channel, in accordance to the hotel’s market positioning as well as corporate brand identity and distribution guidelines
• Support for development of Cafe Malacca
• Work with various departments in order to deliver the content strategy that best represents the hotel through social media channels

 REQUIREMENTS

• Holder of Degree in Mass Communications / Marketing
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications in an international hotel and/or similar industry
• Candidate should be in tune with social media, web mobile and marketing mobile trend
• Knowledge of all media forums, marketing campaign management and digital content management
• Well-versed in raster graphic editor (e.g. Adobe Photoshop), Microsoft Office applications, digital marketing techniques and interactive online forums
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
