Job Description
** Fresh graduates welcome **
Responsibilities:
- To provide efficient and high standard of customer service at front desk and to handle guest enquiries
- To promote usage of other YHA hostels in Hong Kong
Requirements:
- Look good in jeans and T-shirt
- Enjoy fun, vibrant, multi-cultural working environment
- Love interacting with people from around the world
- Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality or related field
- With relevant experience will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Computer literacy, and English / Chinese Word Processing
- Well presented, customer-oriented, a team player with pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work on overnight shift
- Strong sense and interests in youth hostelling will be a plus
- Immediate available
- Priority will be given to Sham Shui Po residents
- Welcome applicants from CSSA, SFS, IEAP, NDP

HKYHA operates 7 youth hostels across Hong Kong and currently has an individual membership of more than 30,000 people and group membership of over 600.

Our hostels also serve as educational platforms that allow travellers to broaden their horizons, to learn about different cultures, and to be in touch with nature and heritage conservation.
