Responsibilities:

• Formulate, organize and review fundraising programs to engage corporations, foundations, groups, schools and individuals for one-off and regular donation
• Prepare proposals / reports to secure short term and long term funding
• Maintaining good relationship with existing and potential funders and sustaining their support
• Response to donor’s enquiry / complaint promptly and properly
• Assist funder database development and manage funders’ information, donations and funding application
• Monitor budget and operation plan for individual programs
• Write out promotion materials (e.g. posters, flyers, cards, direct mailing, website, case reports etc.)
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Social Science / Marketing discipline with at least 2 years working experience in the field of fundraising. Candidates without a degree should have at least 3 years working experience in the field of fundraising / Marketing
• Excellent Chinese and English writing skill
• Strong project planning and management Skill
• Good presentation, communication and analyzing skills
• Independent, detail-minded, creative, highly organized and self-driven
• Sensitive to trends and momentum of the society
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent software will be a definite advantage
