Job duties

• Explore new potential location for expansion
• Handle leasing matters
• Liaise with leasing party
• Project management of plan, monitor and control the decoration as well
• Ability to compose letters and other business documents
• Ability to influence, manage and present business ideas to senior management

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 10 years relevant experience, property negotiator experience is an advantage
• Well-known of property transaction records and market index in South China & Hong Kong
• Possessing sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and outgoing personality
• Immediate available is preferable
