Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment team to conduct daily recruitment and related activities
• Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to meet manpower needs 
• Frequently contact with Labour Dept, NGO and other recruitment channels to organize recruitment day and candidates referral programs
• Keep abreast of latest employment related ordinance to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Assist in preparing the regular analyzing reports, annual budget/cost centre/market survey or market comparison for management analysis and review
• Other ad-hoc projects assigned

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in HRM or related disclipines
• 5 years work experience in HR, solid experience in recruitment
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Strong analytical skills for in depth data analyzing
• Excellent interpersonal skill, fluent in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PPT
• Immediately available is an advantage
