Responsibilities:

• Drive Operations in terms of service flow, service quality, customer service relationship management and sales
• To train and lead a small team of District Managers/Assistant District Managers to deliver service quality and drive sales
• Work closely with the Human Resources Department in terms of realigning manning needs, recruitment, and retention
• Manage pre-opening projects for outlets, including liaising with contractors and equipment suppliers
• Perform financial analysis and provide periodical reports to management on outlet performance
• Conduct training for outlet staff on service quality and procedures

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 6 years of experience in a Food and Beverage management role
• Energetic and passionate with a heart to make things work
• Experienced working in the food and beverage, retail, or service industry a MUST
• Proven record in change management
• Strong ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to instill overseas food and beverage elements to the team
