Responsibility:

• Greet the customers with a professional manner
• Plan out the seating chart and organize the reservations
• Handling income calls
• Provide administration support

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Food and Beverage operations
• Good communication skill with excellent customer service
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Hostess / Host
