DUTIES

• To Assist Reservations Manager for supervising of all activities pertaining to Reservations Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profits.
• Familiar with hotel's product knowledge.
• Liaison duty between the clients.
• Lead the operation team to provide seamless and efficient reservations and call service.
• To ensure that the communication system of Service Centre (Telephone) is well maintained and guest communication handled politely and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer oriented, good communications and upselling skills
• Detail oriented, independent and able to handle challenges
• Presentable with strong leadership skills & positive attitude
• Diploma/ Certificate holder in Hospitality
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Familiar with Opera System should be an advantage
• Good command on written and spoken English and Putonghua
