Responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring the operation of branches
• Participate in store visits to understand market sales trend trends and consumer needs
• Build up strong relationship with both internal & external customers and motivate them to achieve company’s goals
• Provide and organize training for the new or existing staff to Maintain high quality of customer service

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ regional sales experience, travel industry a definite advantage
• Strong team building and people management skills.
• Sound customer service techniques.
