Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Management Office on execution of daily operations to ensure all aspects of operation are smooth and efficient so as to deliver high quality services to all tenants
• Meets and greets tenants / visitors with professional manner
• To handle complaints, requests, enquiries, and attend in emergency situations
• To maintain good relationship with owners and tenants
  

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management or Hospitality Management
• Relevant experience in property management of Grade A commercial buildings preferable
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua are necessary
• Presentable, cheerful and service-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• 5.5 days work (Mon-Sat) and 9 hours per shift (08:30-18:30)
• No Shift Duty required
• Public Holidays
