Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of book and vouchers
• Manage and handle general ledger accounts
• Assist in updating accounting manual
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Responsible for prepare and analysis of monthly financial reports and statements
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Detail minded and sensitive to numerical data
• Self-motivated, independent and willing to learn
• Proficient inMS Office, particularly in accounting software and Chinese work processing
• Good communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
