Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the financial reporting and accounting issues of the listed group and subsidiaries
• Handle monthly consolidation, budget, forecast, statutory audit, profits tax return
• Manage interim and annual audits of the listed group and subsidiaries
• Coordinate with various parties for results announcement, and the production of interim and annual reports
• Manage and coordinate the tax filings for the group companies
• Oversee inter-companies transactions and fund flow arrangements

Requirements:

• University Degree or above in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified Member of recognized professional bodies, HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Previous relevant working experiences in listed companies in Hong Kong is an absolute advantage
• Familiar with accounting standards, listing rules and other statutory requirements
• Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
