The Job

• Handle day to day client liaison matters 
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing project 
• Required to work with parties (Internal and external)of all levels, such as Creative and Production team to ensure timely delivery of projects and assurance of customer satisfaction
• Manage / Control production budgets in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Advertising or any related disciplines
• At least 1-2 year of working experience in advertising agency, design house or production house 
• Proactive, innovative, well-organized, self-motivated with good presentation and client management skills  
• Be able to work independently & under pressure and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule  
• Presentable, self-motivated and good team player  
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Immediate available is preferred
