Responsibilities:

Reporting to the board of directors, your major responsibility will include:

• Enhance audit procedures to test operational and financial risks, define audit issues
• Plan and execute internal audit programs
• Compile effective and professional Internal Audit reports to provide constructive and feasible recommendations to Management for improvement
• Perform independent test and evaluate existing internal control and financial reporting functions
• Ensure accounting policies and operations are fully compliant
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder within the Finance/Business/Accounting disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit
• Membership of professional body (HKICPA/ACCIA/CISA/CIA, etc) is highly preferred
• Big 4 /real estate / hotel/ financial advisory industry experience is highly preferred
• Strong accounting background
• Strong knowledge in PRC taxation and business law is preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Able to drive execution independently and across different cultures with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Be prepared to undertake occasional travel to PRC
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Internal Auditor
