1. Responsibilities

w  Designing and implementing HR initiatives in the areas of manpower planning, remuneration and reward management, performance management, staff relations, policy and procedures development

w  Responsible for analyzing, compiling and preparing management reports

w  Work with management team to create employee career development program

w  Closely interact with management on staff movements and issues and understanding potential turnover and trends

w  Undertake ad hoc projects and special assignments as required

2. Requirements

w  Degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines

w  Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources

w  Conversant with Employment Ordinances, Taxation regulations and other related legislation

 in Hong Kong

w  Experience in a range of HR services including payroll, performance management, C&B,

hiring, training, operation, etc

w  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated, proactive, a fast

learner and a team player, able to work independently

w  Flexible and detail-mined with strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and

problem solving skills

w  Able to handle multi projects and work under pressure

w  Immediately available is an advantage
