Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support to HRA department
• Maintain and update staff record in HR systems
• Monitor leave and attendance record
• Prepare HR documents and reports
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by HR & Admin Manager
• Occasion travel to SZ office may be required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder of HRM or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
