Job Description
Our client is a reputable retail group with global presence. They are now seeking a driven HR professional to join their regional team based in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will focus on the group’s corporate resourcing needs and work closely with line managers to devise the most appropriate resourcing strategies for the business. You will provide full spectrum HR services to improve recruitment process and performance, as well as recruitment statistics and reports for the business. Acting as a business partner, this role will also get exposure to HR budgets and be responsible for manpower planning, performance management and working with L&D on employee and leadership development.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a HR generalist or resourcing role, gained from sizable employers with multinational cultures. Recruitment agency experience is preferred, coupled with in-house experience. You will enjoy a dynamic and respectful working environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills. In addition we are also looking for:

A energetic individual with a mature, analytical mind-set and a credible presence

FMCG or retail industry exposure

Language fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin an asset
