Job Description
Our client, a Japan trading company in Hong Kong is now looking for suitable candidates for the mentioned position:
Job descriptions:
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to the office
- Follow up PO and handle delivery schedule & arrangement
- Handle incoming calls and greet guests in a professional manner
- Liaise and communicate with various vendors for general office supplies and general service
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Good command of Spoken Japanese (JLPT N3 or above), English and Mandarin
- Mature, detail minded with excellent interpersonal skills
