Responsibilities:

• Checking hire purchase documents, goods exchange & refund documents
• Office general affairs & order stationery for the departments
• Assist preparation and copy weekly meeting reports
• Able to work independently and under pressure

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Around 1 year relevant experience
• Attention to details and with high accuracy in work
• Cooperative and proactive with high sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Good computer literacy, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication of spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available will be a great advantage
