Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Coordinate with various parties to ensure customer orders are handled promptly and accurately
• Issue invoices or delivery note for order fulfillment
• Provide clerical and administrative support on daily operations to the department
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and project

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferable in FMCG industry
• Detailed mind & accuracy in data input
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing)
• Able to work independently in fast moving environment
• Positive work attitude, well-organized, willing to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred.
