Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage Compensation & Benefits including monthly payroll preparation
- Assisting in employees’ benefits management including medical, pension, attendance and leave
- Establish and maintain HR policies/procedures and maintain the internal rules and employee handbook
- Responsible for Employee relations including employee orientation/induction program
- Update and follow up of staff personal file
- HR training needs analysis
- Training and Development Plan and maintain training records
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management
- 3 years’ experience in HR (minimum), especially in Compensation & Benefit
- Well-versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance. Knowledge of Social Security, Income Tax system, Work permit process
- Knowledge of labor law and relevant regulatory requirements
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available preferred
