Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage Compensation & Benefits including monthly payroll preparation
  • Assisting in employees’ benefits management including medical, pension, attendance and leave
  • Establish and maintain HR policies/procedures and maintain the internal rules and employee handbook
  • Responsible for Employee relations including employee orientation/induction program
  • Update and follow up of staff personal file
  • HR training needs analysis
  • Training and Development Plan and maintain training records

 

 Requirements:

 

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management
  • 3 years’ experience in HR (minimum), especially in Compensation & Benefit
  • Well-versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance. Knowledge of   Social Security, Income Tax system, Work permit process
  • Knowledge of labor law and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available preferred
