REQUIREMENTS:

• F. 5 graduate or above with 8-10 years’ bills checking and LC processing experience, in which w/ 3 years  experience as a authorised signor
• with supervisory experience prefer but not essential
• Thorough knowledge of commercial law and government regulations governing import and export bills e.g. OFAC, UCP600
• Familiar with computerized banking facilities in preparing bills documents to customers
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Willing to work on HK public holidays if required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise a team of Trade Operations profession in carrying out all import and export L/C items, shipping documents, negotiation schedules, collections, B/L and payments using Eximbills/Imaging or respective in-house systems
• Ensure smooth running of the daily operations and processing all import/export bills documents in compliance with the commercial law/government regulations, e.g. OFAC, UCP600
• Keep abreast of the latest changes on the commercial law/government regulations
• Responsible for staff coaching and development
