Responsibilities:

• Assist in manage Korean beauty and skincare categories
• Order with local and overseas vendors and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor the sales and manage the order, invoice and delivery process of local key accounts
• Able to work independently with the key accounts
• Keep updating of Korean skincare trends and proactively source new, updated and exclusive products in Korea
• Follow up and renew contracts with vendors

Requirements:

• University Graduate (Major in Purchasing or related disciplines is highly preferable)
• Minimum 1 years experience in buying or category management in beauty or FMCG industries is highly preferable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent command of MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of SAP system
